Shipping

1. Processing Time

Average processing time: 3–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Product stock status
  • Order volume or holiday season
  • National holidays and customs schedules

If your order includes multiple items, the processing time will follow the item requiring the longest preparation.

 

2. Shipping Time

Express shipping: usually 3–10 days after dispatch.
Delivery time may vary based on your location, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email.

Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates.
If there’s no update after 3 days, contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.

 

3. Combined Shipments

To speed up delivery, your multiple orders may be merged into one shipment (sometimes split into several packages).
If you prefer not to combine orders, please leave a note during checkout.

 

4. Multiple Packages

For large or heavy items, we may split your order into several packages to prevent damage.
Don’t worry. it’s still one shipment for customs purposes.
Splitting packages does not affect your customs process or fees.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email.
Some countries only update tracking once the package arrives locally.

If you have trouble tracking your order or it’s delayed, please contact us after the standard delivery time has passed.

 

6. Customs & Import Fees

Customs duties are taxes imposed on imported goods, and buyers (importers) are responsible for these charges.

If customs fees apply, they must be paid to receive your package.
Refusing or failing to receive the parcel will result in:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs duties on both import and return

All incurred costs will be deducted from your original payment.
Refunds are issued only if a remaining balance exists after deductions.

 

7. Holiday Seasons

If you plan to purchase an item as a gift, we recommend avoiding major holiday months due to potential delays.
KorlyMally cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates during holiday seasons.
