Return & Refund
1. Return Conditions
- Customers must request a return within 7 days after receiving the product.
- Returned products must be approved by KorlyMally before shipment.
- Returned products must be in their original condition and include all original parts and packaging materials.
- For returns not due to product defects or damages, the return shipping cost must be prepaid by the customer.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected by KorlyMally, an exchange will be processed after the re-shipping fee is paid.
Please note: Returns are not accepted if the product is damaged due to the customer’s fault.
2. Return Shipping Fee
- Return shipping fees will only be reimbursed if the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
However, the reimbursement amount cannot exceed 50% of the product price. - For returns due to the customer’s reasons, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Products
- If you find any issues after receiving your order, please contact our customer service immediately.
Claims must be made within 10 days after delivery. - Please keep the outer box, bubble wrap, and invoice slip for inspection purposes.
- For missing items or quantity issues, customers must provide unboxing video evidence.
Photos or other forms of proof will not be accepted.
4. Return Procedure
- Customers must request a return within 10 days after receiving the product,
and the message must include the order number, product name, and reason for return. - Once the return request is approved, KorlyMally will provide the return address.
KorlyMally is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products during the return process.
For your safety, we recommend using a tracking number and insurance service when returning items.
5. After Return
- Once the returned product arrives, KorlyMally will inspect it and process the refund.
- The approval or rejection of the return will be notified via email.
Refund Conditions:
- Full refund if the return is due to our fault.
- Partial refund (after deducting shipping costs) if the return is due to the customer’s reason.
Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.
6. Refund Policy
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer,
refunds or reshipments will not be made.
7. Order Cancellation and Change Policy
- Cancellation or change requests must be made immediately after receiving the order confirmation email.
- If the order is already under processing, changes may not be possible.
- Changes can only be made while the order is still unfulfilled.
Since international shipping involves high costs and customs fees,
please review your cart and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
Otherwise, round-trip shipping and customs fees may be charged to the customer.
