SHIPPING
Q. What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

- Order Processing: 3–10 business days
- Delivery Time: 2–5 business days for express shipping (can take up to 10+ days depending on destination)
Delivery time may vary depending on the product and destination country.
Q. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number and link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Q. My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, logistics, or customs clearance.
If 15 days have passed since shipment, please contact our customer service team.
If it’s been less than 10 days, your package may still be in transit — thank you for your patience.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Q. What is your return policy?
All KorlyMally products include a 7 day return guarantee from the date of delivery.

Please note that used or damaged items may not be eligible for return.
Q. Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?
Yes, exchanges follow the same conditions as our return policy.
Once your returned item passes inspection, your exchange will be processed after the re-shipment fee is paid.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
KorlyMally currently accepts credit cards and PayPal.
We plan to expand available payment options in the future.
Q. Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Your information is encrypted and processed through secure systems.
We only store essential details 'your name, email, and shipping address' to fulfill your order safely.
Q. Why did the price change at checkout?
If you’ve switched the store currency (e.g., KRW, EUR), the checkout page automatically converts prices back to USD, our base currency.
Don’t worry. the final amount remains exactly the same.
ORDERS
Q. I received a different size than I expected.
You likely received the correct item. some of our suppliers use Asian size standards.
Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page before placing your order.
Q. How can I cancel my order?
Please submit a cancellation request immediately after receiving your order confirmation email.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Q. Why did I receive a refund or partial refund?
Refunds may occur automatically due to delays, sold-out items, or shipping issues.
All refunds are processed through the same payment method originally used.
We are unable to redirect refunds to a different account or payment method.
Q. I need to change my order details. What should I do?
If you wish to modify your order, please cancel your current order and place a new one.
